Hi, I'm Victoriya.

I'm an former BCG strategy consultant, current entrepreneur, and award-winning communicator.

With a background in technology, strategy, and marketing and as a U.S. Air Force service member and lifelong athlete, I'm incredibly passionate about defense, consumer goods, and health & wellness.

I'm currently based in Hawaii and exploring opportunities to contribute my skills to an agile, mission-driven team.

I like to stay busy.

I've tackled diverse problems for many different teams, including:

And there's nothing I love more than a challenge.

I'm always looking for ways to use my triple-threat skillset of strategy, communication, and technology — and that search has led me to tackle problems across many different organizations and industries.

Let me share a few examples:

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Building a better future for others

After starting my own boutique strategy firm, one of my first clients was a veteran-owned startup creating apparel for women in the military and first responder communities.

I effectively and seamlessly integrated as an executive partner, helping oversee all technology, marketing, finance, contracting, and operations. I was able to truly flex my jack-of-all-trades skillset and strategic lens, whether by resolving several high-threat inventory and financial challenges, by helping lead a full rebrand, or by building and revamping our commercial site, which processed $1M+ in sales.

These efforts resulted in a 200% profit increase, over 100% year-over-year revenue growth, and a strong, loyal community—laying the foundation for sustainable, purpose-driven success.

STRATEGY / MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

Keeping American data secure

One of the most rewarding projects I undertook during my time at Boston Consulting Group was establishing a ground-up, critical-need cybersecurity program for a government client responsible for millions of citizens' sensitive information.

I served as the central liaison with the client and with our specialized cybersecurity implementation team. I was able to leverage my IT background and expertise, strong communication skills, and strategic mindset to seamlessly keep all stakeholders aligned and execution on track, all while also spearheading procurement efforts on the client’s behalf.

The project was so successful that our client expanded the engagement and signed on for additional work.

U.S. AIR FORCE

Driving impact for generations of Airmen to come

I’ve been strategically minded and focused on change-making since day one—even where least expected.

While at Basic Training, I noticed the Bugle & Drum Corps program prevented trainees from fully participating in their own graduation, so I proposed a simple but strategic fix: rotate performance duties to offset weeks, allowing graduating airmen to both contribute their musical talent AND experience their milestones with family.

After gathering input and presenting my (hand-drawn!) recommendations directly to the squadron commander, the change was adopted—improving the graduation experience for thousands of future airmen.

Though it was only the beginning of my years of service, it would be far from the last time I used my strategic lens and communication skills to drive major impact.

Like what you see?
